I love potatoe chips, but wanted to get the same taste without all the “bad” things from eating them. A more healthy option: Kale chips! Salty, crispy, and ohh soo yummy!
It’s so easy to make and the best snack with the best benefits! A single bunch of kale, olive oil, and sea salt is all you need!
Wash and let kale dry well (very important that it’s dry!) Once dry coat with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt (or whatever flavor you like) Then spread out evenly on baking sheet. I baked them at 275 degrees in a convection oven.
Be sure and check and turn/flip them once they are crispy on one side. This is what they look like once done in the oven.
